A fence install that's a surgical operation, not a machine job
Prairie Village is inner-ring: narrow 1950s lots, houses close together, and only feet of clearance to work in. You can't back an auger truck into most of these backyards. We hand-dig where we have to, carry material through side yards by hand, and keep the site clean and contained because the neighbor's landscaping is right there. Fencing a PV lot is a careful, tight-quarters build — and doing it without tearing up two yards to reach one is most of the skill.
