The washout gets stabilized, not just plumbed
When a post near Raintree Lake leans, the cause is usually soil scoured out from around the footing by runoff. Straightening the post without fixing the drainage just resets the countdown to the next storm. We reset the post deep, then stabilize and re-grade the base so water moves around it instead of carving it out. The lean stops because the reason for it is gone.
