A gate the street takes seriously
South Overland Park reads a house from the curb, and the gate is the first line of it. Black ornamental iron that leaves the fairway view open, or cedar toned to the exact stain of the privacy run — either way the frame sits square, the hinges stay tight, the pickets land flush. Nobody stops to admire it; they just clock the property as buttoned-up, which is the entire point.
