The sagging fabric comes back drum-tight
A chain-link run that bellies and sags usually does not need replacing — the fabric has just lost tension or a rail has bent. We re-stretch the mesh, replace the tension bar and bands, straighten or swap the bent top rail, and draw it back drum-tight. From the street it looks like a new fence, at a fraction of the cost of one. That is the most common Mission repair and the one crews that only build new tend to skip.
