In Mission, the fence faces the street as much as the neighbor
Mission is a compact, walkable gateway city where the houses sit close to narrow, busy roads — Johnson Drive, the Metcalf strip, the run toward Shawnee Mission Parkway — and the yards are small enough that the street is right there. So a privacy fence here does a double job most suburbs don't ask of it: it buffers the traffic noise and the sidewalk sightline on the side facing the road, and it screens the close neighbor on the others. We build the run to answer both — a solid, grounded screen where the street is, the profile you want everywhere else.
